Development of a German and Polish EFP Model for SMEs based on the ESOP / Funding: Deutsch-Polnische Wissenschaftsstiftung

Aim of the project was to develop proposals for the reform of the German law on employee financial participation and of the Polish aid programs (Spółki Pracownicze) to overcome the deficits resulting from their practical implementation. The German-Polish research team developed a German and a Polish ESOP model, in accordance with the existing national legislation.
